People. Projects. One timeline.
See your team's week across every project.
Bring people, tasks and workload together on one shared timeline. Plan across projects, see who is available and adjust the schedule as priorities change.
Explore the demo with sample data. No sign-up needed.
Give each team member a clear row of work. Drag tasks across the timeline, switch between people and projects, and keep time off in view.
Review workload alongside the schedule. Use the department heatmap to spot busy periods before assigning the next task.

A small team is working on several projects at once. One task moves, a colleague is away, and the next assignment needs an owner. Use the demo to explore this planning workflow with sample data.
Look at each person's timeline and existing assignments. Keep time off visible while deciding who can take on the next task.
Switch between people and projects, then review the workload heatmap. Discuss overlapping work with the team before moving dates or assigning more tasks.
Move a task on the timeline as priorities change and check the resulting workload. Keep the shared schedule aligned with the team's actual availability.
This is an illustrative workflow with fictional demo data. It does not represent measured savings or a customer case study.
